Drugs and Alcohol Talk
Parent of 2nd and 3rd year students are invited to attend a talk on drug and alcohol awareness in the school.
The “Let’s Learn about Drugs & Alcohol Together Programme” will take place in the school on Thursday 7th and 14th February at 7.00pm
It is a two part programme with parents only to attend the first evening and then the following week the parents would attend with the student.
Full details will be given to the students in the coming days.

Calendar Ammendments
The Junior Certificate for School organisers have organised that the schools in this area will have a full day in-service for all staff on Tuesday 15th January 2019, consequently Hazelwood College will be closed on that day.
The Parent/Teacher meeting scheduled for next Tuesday has been rescheduled to Monday 14th January from 4.15.
As previously advised the school will also close on Friday 11th January for staff in-service.

A special day being involved in making a difference for those less fortunate. A busy day today for first years preparing the shoe boxes for the next step of their journey to the warehouse to be shipped.
