Another great day for our 1st yr boys soccer team. Well done on a fantastic win against Colaiste Íosaef, Kilmallock in the first round of the Collins Cup.

First years boys soccer team had a fantastic start to the North Munster League with an impressive win against Thomond College.

Great win for the senior footballers against St. Augustine’s in the Munster Championship. They battled through a storm orange rain warning to win 3-7 to 1-10 after extra time.

U16 and U19 girls travelled to Laurel Hill today. U16s had no luck losing to a stronger side but the U19s had a great victory beating them 55-24

Hard luck to the U15 Footballers who put up a great fight against Castleisland . Final score 5 04 to 4 10

Congratulations to Callum Keating . Munster schools senior shot put winner with a throw of 15.94 a PB.

Well done to Eimear Galvin who also competed having qualified at the North Munster Competition

Hard luck to the Hazelwood under 15 team that lost out in the county final to a very strong Newport side today.

Not one but two county titles today as the Senior Footballers defeated Crescent Comp on a score line of 6-12 to 3-11. Congratulations ! Special mention to the 6 th year boys who lined out for the last time in their Hazelwood jersey. This group have given the school plenty to shout about over the last five or six years and we wish them the very best of luck in the next chapter .
