While there was no doubt that Hazelwood College deserved to win this first round game of the Munster “A” Vocational senior championship – the score line certainly flattered the winning team. The game played in Mallow last Wednesday was a hard fought affair but a combination of a high wides total from St. Brogan’s and a mixture of some sharpshooting and luck around the goals helped Hazelwood to ease through the final minutes.
