In line with the instruction issued today by the Department of Education, Hazelwood College will be closed tomorrow Tuesday 7th December.

The timetable for the week will be amended as follows to facilitate the ongoing Christmas Exams. All Tuesday’s scheduled timetabled classes for TY and LCA, exams for years 1, 2, & 5, block classes for 3rd and 6th year will now take place on Thursday. Wednesday’s timetable will continue as planned. On Friday normal timetabling will resume.

Hazelwood College would like to advise parents and students that in the event of the school closing due to adverse weather conditions the notification will be posted on the school website and on school Facebook page …here… and school twitter account …here…

Currently pending advice otherwise the school remains open.

Taking no chances with the inclement weather a number of Leaving Certificate students took alternative means of transport to school, well done gentlemen!!!
