Shoe Box Appeal
This year our 1st year students took part in the annual Shoe box collection gathering boxes from our own school as well as those from the local community, the primary and the playschool. On Thursday 14th November, 14 of those students were lucky enough to travel to Mountcollins to help out sorting the boxes and helping ensure they were in perfect condition ready for transport to this years destination which is Romania . Thanks to all who kindly took part in this years collection and to all the volunteers in Mountcollins who made the experience so informative and enjoyable.

Day One
A very warm welcome to all the first years who have joined our school community this morning. A mixture of nerves and excitement as this group start their next chapter. We wish them all the best of luck and hope that they enjoy their time with us.
Best of Luck
As the Universities and Colleges start back this week we wish all of our past pupils the best of luck as a new year gets underway. In particular we are thinking of the Class of 2019 who will be starting out on the next chapter of study or working days having received some excellent results earlier this month. The very best of luck to you all. Here are a selection of the photos taken on Leaving Cert results day earlier this month.
