A day of mixed fortunes on the playing fields. Well done to the first year hurlers who defeated Coláiste na Trocaire in their first round of the county. A tight affair in Charleville saw the U15 footballers being edged out by the Patrician Academy Mallow.

Hard luck to our U16 1/2 team who came up short against a strong SMI team 3-11 to 1-23. A big thank you to Ms Costello for her support today.

Hard luck to the U19 squad who had a tough encounter today in Killarney in the 1st round of the Munster Cup. They played well on the day, but were up against a strong Killarney team. Onwards and upwards from here as they next move on to try and defend their title from last year in the Munster Senior Challenge Cup.
